Position: Head of Retail Ops Support – Uganda
Location: Kampala Uganda
Provide complex advice and support in the positioning of banking operating models and frameworks in a broadly defined business functional strategy; enabling operating model, strategy and value chain formulation and alignment.
Methodology management: Develop, implement and maintain methodologies relating to policies and procedures for Retail International Banking
Operational management: Manage business performance and service delivery, Manage outputs delivered according to the agreed service levels contracted between internal customers and Operations Support and action non delivery Risk and Control: Ensure that processes, control requirements and risk management frameworks that impact the area are documented and understood by all members of the team.
Work with Absa Internal Audit and Management Assurance during the scoping of audits to ensure fair coverage.

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
