The iTax system allows taxpayers to update their tax registration details, Apply for New KRA PIN, file tax returns, register all tax payments and make status enquiries with real-time monitoring of their ledger/account among other services. Here is how to log on to the iTax system, start by clicking the link to the KRA iTax portal https://itax.kra.go.ke/KRA-Portal/. Then input your PIN or User ID and follow prompts.
