Here the list of the chartered Universities in Kenya as accredited by the Commission for University Education (CUE). The CUE is the commission that has the mandate to ensure the maintenance of standards, quality and relevance in all aspects of university education, training and research in Kenya.

Brief About The Commission for University Education – CUE

CUE was established by an Act of Parliament (the Universities Act No. 42 of 2012). The duties of this commission are to regulate the higher education standards in Kenya. Below is a list of the Universities and other higher education institution that have been authorized to operate in Kenya. We shall list them per category.
