Center for International Programs: ICAP’s flagship partnership in Kenya is with the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital (JOOTRH), a regional center of excellence that serves as a training center and e-learning hub for health care workers and provides comprehensive HIV services, medically assisted therapy for people who inject drugs, and gender-based violence recovery services. Other ICAP projects in Kenya include national HIV surveillance, such as the Kenya Population-based HIV Impact Assessment survey (KENPHIA), and a focus on key populations, including adolescents living with HIV.
