POSITION: Cleaner of the Chancery

RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaner shall under the direction, control and guidance of the Head of Chancery perform the following duties and responsibilities: –

a) Conduct daily cleaning of common spaces at the Chancery

b) Maintain Cleanliness of the Mission utensils and kitchen

c) Ensure that monthly shopping of the common items used at the Chancery is done on  time.

d) Move correspondences and files as may be required.

e) Prepare tea for the mission staff and visitors

f) Perform any other duties as directed by the Head of Mission or any responsible officer.

Qualifications/Requirements

1) KCSE Certificate C plain/ Equivalent GCSE Certification

2) Recommendation for exemplary work performance

3) Two (2) years’ experience

NOTE:

This position is for a duration of twenty three (23) months, and the successful applicant(s) will be subject to Kenya High Commission Terms and Conditions of Service, as well as applicable UK laws and regulations.
