You can purchase anything from the Naivas online store and delivery will be at your point of convenience. From groceries, food items, furniture, electronics, detergents among other household items and consumables. Their products are in categories to enable you to shop without difficulties. How Does Naivas Online Shopping Work?
Once you access the online shopping platform, the platform requires you to input your delivery area of choice. Then you can go ahead and start shopping for the items you require. Note: Once your order is complete, delivery can be done as soon as after 3 hours.
How to Add Items to Your Shopping Basket
To add items on your online shopping cart, simply click on the button under the item “ Add to Cart” . You can then choose the quantity by using the plus (+) or Minus (-) button under the item. The item will adjust accordingly in the basket.
To check out your order simply click on the shopping basket and then click check out. The platform requires you to log in, that is if you have not yet logged in. You can either log in with your google account or with your Facebook. See the login image below.
How to Check out the Online Shopping
Complete your order by clicking on the “proceed to checkout” button. If you have left out an item you can click on “continue Shopping”
Once you clicked on the “proceed to checkout” button, the platform will redirect you to entering or confirming your delivery details. You have the option of picking your shopping from a Naivas store near you. The other option is for the delivery at your convenient delivery address. You will also choose your mode of communication which is either a phone call or via email. Kindly note that if you choose to collect from a store, collection is at least 2 hours after completing your order. Delivery is done at your time of preference. Naivas does delivery 7 days a week from 3pm to 8pm. Standard delivery will cost you KES 250.
Once you have confirmed your delivery details, click on the “to payment option” button to choose your preferred mode of payment. Currently the option is Mpesa payment but plans are underway to include other payment options. Once payment has been done and confirmation made , your order is complete
