Athi River Medical Services (A.R.M.S) is a fully-fledged hospital with 45 beds, theatre, x-ray, ultrasound, pharmacy, laboratory, dialysis unit, and all primary health care services.

They are located in Athi River, Mavoko sub county in Machakos county in Makadara area.  They have been in operation since 1994. The hospital is served by a team of competent and committed staff who are eager to serve and care for all.
